The Shannon Jones Team were awesome to work with. Julie and Brad helped so much to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. They provided excellent guidance, were very patient during our search process, and put in the effort to really understand what were looking for. They took the time to go over all buyers documents with us and made sure we understood the details of the transactions. The team was very knowledgeable of the market and the entire process. It was a pleasure to do business with the Shannon Jones Team and would engage them again if we ever decide to buy another property.

We’ve known Shannon and Brad since we bought our house in Rose Park in 2000, and they were our neighbors up the street. Over the years, we saw how well Shannon and her team marketed other Rose Park homes. When it finally came time for us to sell, we knew they’d do the best job for us. Selling our place from out-of-state was inevitably stressful, but Shannon, Brad, and David kept us completely up-to-date on the status of the sale throughout the process. We were very pleased that our buyer agreed to use Shannon’s team as her agent as well - it streamlined the sale process and saved us a substantial amount on commissions and other selling costs. We were very happy with the price that we ultimately agreed to, and the speed with which the sale was completed. We would happily recommend The Shannon Jones Team to other property owners in Rose Park and the greater Long Beach area. They know the market and know how to take good care of their clients.

Shannon and her team are great. I bought my first home with Shannon in 2009 and used her team for a third time in 2023 for a sale. Each transaction has had it's own unique challenges, but Shannon is a pro and helped us work through everything to get the deals done. Most recently, we had relocated out of Long Beach prior to listing our home. Since we were 350 miles away, Brad made sure all of the prep work was completed on time and kept us on track to list the home on our target date. Shannon provided great guidance with pricing and explained each step once we had an offer and were going through escrow. David did a great job coordinating all of the paperwork and is super responsive to questions. Shannon knows the local market and wants the best for her clients. I would gladly use Shannon and her team again in the future.

I live in Arkansas, I opened google 18 months ago to find a Realtor in Long Beach CA. My father’s health was decling and I knew we would need to sell his house at some point. Shannon replied immediately and keep in contact with me for the next year and a half. No pressure, nothing to sign, she just checked in on a regular basis. Fast forward, the sale of his home went so smoothly! Shannon’s team kept me updated almost daily during the process. We got much more for the home than I ever expected!!! This team is GOLDEN.

I asked if I could write a review about the “Jones Team” after they sold our home here in Long Beach. I will get directly to the point. After listing the home, one open house, the home sold in 10 days of the listing date. That is when the professional members of her team went to work. Escrow, title, inspectors, technical IT support, and finally Brad Jones, Shannon’s husband, got the sale to closing. Shannon knows how to get it done. I called her my “Pitbull” and she simply went to work till the property was closed. We thank her and Team Jones for making all our retirement plans come true. Thank you Shannon. Shannon and Brad acted as our sales agent for our Condo sale in September 2024. We were fortunate to have a neighbour recommend them to us. From the initial phone call to the final completion their service was exceptional. Along with their back office team they gave us honest advice and regular updates on the progress of the sale which helped us to understand the process. The service was friendly but also professional. Shannon and Brad are excellent communicators and brilliant negotiators! Within a few weeks of first meeting we had excellent photographs of our unit and Shannon had identified the unique selling points. They arranged an open house and within 5 days we had several offers. Within about 8 days we had settled on a buyer and the process moved forward. Our Condo sold for a price well in excess of our initial listing price. (We had ‘priced to sell’, but not undervalued in our original listing.) They helped us negotiate the move to suit our deadlines. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Shannon Jones and her team guided us through the successful sale of our townhome, providing helpful pre-sale advice and great support throughout the entire sale and escrow process. She and Brad Jones were very knowledgeable about the local market and shared that information with us, while Kay in the office gave us great support with all the paperwork. Most importantly, I was laid while our condo was on the market so we were unable to move forward on purchasing our house. They graciously put everything on hold until we were financially ready to re-start the process: no pressure, no questions, no repeated contact. Just an assurance that once we were ready they would be willing to work with us. And once we were able to proceed they quickly set to work, gathering our criteria for what we were looking for, and helped us quickly find the home we’re in today.
